Cooking Instructions:
- Defrost thoroughly and cook from chilled
- Baste the roast with a little oil or maple syrup
- Wrap in foil
- Cook at gas mark 6/180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes
- Remove foil, baste again and cook for a further 10 minutes
- Serve, smile and impress!
