Shelf life - 10-14 days. Keep refrigerated below 5ºc. It will become firmer and stronger in flavour as it matures. This product is suitable for freezing – defrost gradually in the refrigerator.
Aged Dulse - “Le Vraic”
This is the firmest of our current range and has a rich flavour with a touch of the sea. It is coated in a deep purple wax to echo the colours of the dulse flakes inside.
Ingredients: organic cashews, water, dulse, salt, cultures.
