Water, Hulled 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 (7%), Apple Extract, Calcium (Calcium Phosphates), Maltodextrin, Sea Salt, Turmeric, Vanilla Extract, Stabiliser: Gellan Gum; Vitamin B12, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin D2, Rapeseed oil, 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin.

Whilst we make our products in a fully vegan kitchen, the ingredients we use (flour, soya milk, etc), are manufactured by 3rd parties, therefore we cannot guarantee their products do not contain traces of allergens.
We are 100% Vegan business, committed to animal welfare, and sustainability.
Our products are palm oil free, and we use compostable bio-plastic packaging.
ARE THEY SUITABLE FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS?
Our products are 100% vegan so they are egg-free and dairy-free. However, they do contain soya and wheat, and are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens so are not suitable for allergy sufferers unfortunately.
ARE THEY REALLY VEGAN?
YES! 100% vegan! We have been vegan ourselves for many many years, and we are passionate about cruelty-free products.
CAN I HAVE YOUR RECIPE?
No. The recipe has been perfected over the years and it’s the core of our business so we can’t share it unfortunately.
WHY ARE THEY SO EXPENSIVE?
They're all baked by hand. But if price is a concern for anyone, just remember about paying for time for someone to make and bake them, saving more time for you to enjoy your time!
ARE THEY FRESH OR FROZEN?
They arrive to the supplier frozen. They are frozen upon delivery and can remain frozen for up to 6 months. To cook, defrost thoroughly for 12 hours and cook; consumer within 48 hours and do not re-cook.

They are baked fresh, and then shipped to the deli the same day. They are sent frozen to the deli. If you've ordered some to be shipped they will also be sent to you in a frozen state and once received, you should consume same day, or freeze immediately, to be consumed within 4 months of purchase.
