You can freeze most cheeses for up to 3 months after purchase (we advise that you note down the number of days left before the use-by date prior to freezing and use it as a new guide after defrosting).

If you choose to freeze a shamembert, we recommend baking it from frozen rather than defrosting it for a cheese board!
