Barry born and bred, I’ve been around the world but couldn’t think of a better place than home to open Wales’ very first plant-based butcher and deli.
My passion for food and healthy, sustainable living led me to the idea of Karry’s Deli and I’m excited to be able to provide plant-based meats, fish, cheeses, and other delicious bites to the community and help integrate them into your weekly meal planning.
Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to reduce your meat consumption, there’s something for everyone at Karry’s Deli.

Meet the Team
While working part-time as a receptionist in the leisure industry, Paige has also aided many businesses throughout South Wales by creating engaging social media content and helping them grow their following. Paige is currently one of two who help monitor all social media accounts and incoming inquiries on behalf of Karry.
Andrea is a freelance writer based in Madrid, Spain. Originally from Baltimore in America, Andrea has worked in many different fields including journalism, public health, and education. She currently writes the blog remotely on Karry’s behalf.
Karry is the founder and the brains behind Karry’s Deli. After years of living and traveling around the world, Karry has finally returned to her hometown of Barry. She hopes to share her passion for sustainable and healthy living with the people of Barry and South Wales.
While working part-time in the leisure industry as a lifeguard, Zack has been designing the Karry’s Deli website as well as running the social media pages. He also works with Paige to help small businesses reach their maximum online potential.
